Enexor Energy, LLC (“Enexor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the websites at enexor.com and related pages (the “Site”) and provides associated content, forms, and communications (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, and what choices you have.
This policy describes our activities as a controller for the Site and our marketing and recruiting programs. If we process personal information on behalf of a customer under a separate agreement, we act as a processor and our customer’s privacy notice governs that processing.
Scope and Roles
This policy applies to personal information collected online through the Site and any offline interactions tied to the Site (events, webforms, newsletters, sales outreach, recruiting).When we determine the purposes and means of processing, we are the controller. When we process on a customer’s documented instructions, we are a processor.
Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
You provide it: Contact and professional details (name, email, phone, company, job title), message contents, form submissions, subscription preferences, event registrations, survey responses, and recruiting materials (resume, cover letter, work history).
Collected automatically: Device and usage data such as IP address, approximate location from IP, browser and OS, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, session time, and similar activity data. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, and, if enabled, advertising measurement.
From third parties: Service providers, partners that co-host events or provide leads, public sources, and social networks consistent with your settings.
Sensitive data: We do not actively collect sensitive personal information such as health data, biometric identifiers, or information about protected characteristics. In limited cases, such as recruiting or compliance with equal opportunity laws, we may process sensitive identifiers where legally required or permitted. We never use sensitive personal information for marketing or advertising.
Cookies and Tracking
We use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand usage, improve performance, and, where applicable, support marketing analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings and via our Cookie Settings link on the Site. Refusing certain cookies may impact Site functionality.
Analytics: We may use analytics services (for example, Google Analytics) to help analyze traffic and usage patterns. These providers use cookies and similar technologies and receive de-identified or pseudonymous data to provide analytics to us. You can opt out using provider tools or browser settings.

How We Use Information

Legal bases for EEA/UK processing: Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases include consent (for non-essential cookies and certain marketing), performance of a contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services.
How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information to:
Service providers that host, maintain, analyze, or support the Site, communications, events, recruiting, and security, under contracts restricting their use to our instructions;
Partners and co-hosts for events or joint programs you choose to attend;
Corporate transactions in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financings, or transfers of assets;
Authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or enforce agreements.
We use de-identified and aggregated information for lawful business purposes and do not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by law.
No “Sale” and How “Sharing” Works
We do not sell personal information. If we engage in cross-context behavioral advertising in the future, we will treat such disclosures as “sharing” under applicable U.S. state laws, provide clear opt-out controls (including honoring Global Privacy Control signals), and update this policy accordingly. We also do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Your Privacy Choices
Cookie controls: You can manage cookies through your browser settings, our cookie banner shown when you first visit the Site, or the Cookie Settings link available at any time. Non-essential cookies, such as analytics or advertising, are only used if you have provided consent.
Marketing: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message we send. You may also contact us at info@enexor.com to update your communication preferences.
State privacy opt-outs: If we “share” personal information for targeted advertising in the future, you may opt out at any time. We will honor opt-out signals sent by your browser, including Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Your Rights
Your rights depend on where you live.
EEA/UK/Switzerland: You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
United States (state privacy laws): Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of ‘sale’ or ‘sharing,’ receive a portable copy, and appeal our decision on your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
How to exercise: See Contact section below. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have not handled your personal information in accordance with applicable law.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described, including to provide and secure the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is 100 percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Data Transfers
If we transfer personal information internationally, we will use safeguards required by law, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and we will implement supplementary measures as needed.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and in the United States we do not knowingly collect from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it as required by law.
Links and Third-Party Sites
The Site may link to third-party sites, services, and embedded content. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies to understand how they process your information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy and will post a revised date at the top. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice consistent with applicable law.
U.S. State Privacy Notice (including California)
This section supplements the policy for residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws in effect.
Categories collected: identifiers, professional or employment information, internet or electronic activity information, commercial information, geolocation (approximate), and in limited recruiting contexts, government identifiers for verification. We do not collect protected class characteristics unless you choose to provide them during recruiting.
Purposes and disclosures: See Sections 4 and 5 above. In the preceding 12 months, we disclosed personal information to service providers for operational business purposes. We do not sell personal information. If we “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising in the future, you may opt out at any time and we will honor GPC.
